How to Book and Prepare for Your Coaching Session

Book Your 1-hour Session

Fill out the Contact Form on our website to arrange a call-back (first-time clients only) and align goals.

Alternatively, email us to request a booking.

Confirm the Session and Upload Your Draft

Upon confirmation, you will receive via Email:

A link to a booking form
-
An invoice with payment details
-

In the booking form, upload your writing draft (maximum 1500 words or 3 single-spaced pages).

This draft will be the focus of your coaching session.

Complete Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Prepare for Your Session

After payment is made, you'll receive a meeting link.

Join the session at the scheduled time using the meeting link.

Ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit space with a stable internet connection.

Check that your camera, microphone, and speakers are working properly.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel and reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, as well as no-shows, are subject to the full session fee, as we are unable to fill your reserved time on short notice. As we reserve dedicated time and resources to review your draft before your session, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed and a unique meeting link has been shared. If you are new to our services, please make use of our complimentary pre-booking consultation (see point #1) to ensure the best fit before making a commitment.
